Refund and Returns Policy

  • CSM does not accept returns or exchanges for online orders unless the item which you purchased is defective.
  • We may allow returns for credit at our sole discretion however such requests must be made strictly within 30 days of the invoice date after which time they will be refused.
  • If goods are being returned with a request for credit as a result of the supply of incorrect products or if the goods are faulty, please arrange the return of the goods by post and claim the cost of postage as part of your credit request.
  • In certain circumstances, goods accepted back for credit may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Please note that items made under a special order will not be accepted back.
  • All returned goods must be accompanied with a fully completed copy of CSM’s RMSA form.
  • Goods should be returned to your local CSM branch.
